On the first Saturday of every month, the amazing duo of Marisa and Scott, provide a live cooking demonstration at Foster’s. This past Saturday, they whipped up beer braised brisket as a tribute to Beer Week here in Philadelphia! Marisa is an extremely talented chef and prepares some of the most amazing food I’ve ever eaten. You may know her writings from slashfood. Scott is her sidekick and provides the comedic lines of the show. I had previously written about his new book back in December.
