I haven’t been posting much lately. Last week was pretty much the week from hell. This one is right up there with it.

I’ve been having some health issues for about 4 months now and getting no answers until last week. After three trips to the hospital (where I went to see my doctor, have an x-ray, an ultrasound, and have bloodwork), I found out that I have not one, but two kidney stones. Again. This is the fourth and fifth stones I’ve had…and also the largest. Both are almost a half inch, which require surgery again. This will also be the fourth time I’ve had surgery for kidney stones.

So tomorrow morning is the surgery.  Although it’s outpatient surgery, I’ve still been a bit of a wreck over the whole ordeal. I guess because this is going to be a bit more involved than the surgeries I’ve had in the past for this. And there are two kidney stones. And the recovery time in the weeks following it aren’t fun at all.  I just can’t believe that I have to go through this again.

I just want to feel better.
