		<description>Hello Andrea,  oddly enough my mom has been mentioning the very same thing to me for the last month.  She had one episode last summer and then twice or three times since.  It's frightening for her.  She explains it exactly the same way you do.  A big bang and bright lights, just as though she has "crossed over to the other side" she says.  She's older than you I think.  She's in her mid-70's.  But, this is something new for her. I don't think it's age related.  Almost an electrical short inside her head.  I'd be interested in hearing from you. Valerie</description>

		<description>I have thought about that, but it only seems to happen at night.  I've never heard it during the daytime and I'm home most of the day.  I don't know if it has to do with the temperature change between day and night.  It's quite confusing.</description>
